Circle of Sisterhood is the philanthropy supported by UNCW Panhellenic and many other Panhellenic Councils across the nation. The purpose of Circle of Sisterhood is to reduce the number of women and girls who do not have access to quality education. Their goal is to ultimately change the lives of girls around the world by removing barriers to their education. Founder of Circle of Sisterhood, Ginny Carroll, made the decision to team up with sorority women because we have the privilege of a college education, something that only 7% of women worldwide have the opportunity to pursue. The hard work of Circle of Sisterhood and their supporters have made it possible to make an impact in 31 countries spanning across four continents.
