Alpha Xi Delta

Alpha Xi Delta was founded at Lombard College located in Galesburg, Illinois in 1893, making it one of the oldest women’s fraternal organizations in existence. Members of Alpha Xi Delta continue to follow their ideals, “sisterhood, leadership, knowledge, and service to our communities,” set forth by the founding members. Since its beginning 131 years ago, Alpha Xi Delta has established 125 collegiate chapters and has a membership total of 171,000 women across the country. Alpha Xi Delta focuses on helping children and teens who are experiencing homelessness or foster care. The Kindly Hearts Initiative is the “umbrella” to Alpha Xi Delta’s philanthropic focus. Through national impact campaigns, individual chapter fundraising events, and local service opportunities, Alpha Xi Delta shows immense support towards their philanthropic cause.

On April 5th, the Zeta Chi Chapter of Alpha Xi Delta hosted their annual Xi Man event in support of the Kindly Hearts Initiative!
